The Family Tradition

Since 1962 the Olson Family has been providing Fresh Meats to the public & custom processing of local farmers livestock. In the early 1960’s the Olson’s started with a meat processing business in the Grange Hall Area of Western Wisconsin. Spring Valley was the next home of the business for over 15 years where they raised their family. In 1990 the family purchased the Woodville facility with a desire to meet the needs of it’s patrons at a location convenient from anywhere in Western Wisconsin. Offering quality Award Winning products along with customer service that creates loyal customers has brought Olson‘s success. Recently the facility has been expanded and renovated to extreme standards and technology. The new Retail Meat House presents a refreshingly open retail area including a 20 Foot Long Fresh Meat Service Counter. All of our Award Winning Meats are available with special orders filled upon request. The renovation included updating the building, coolers, and equipment to bring all our services to the next level of quality.
