A modern facility with an experienced cutting crew using the latest technology for quality. Your meat is processed according to your instruction, wrapped, and quick frozen. Beef is Dry Aged for 10 - 14 days; Pork and Lamb are processed fresh.

Smoked products are cured and smoked in Our Very Own Smoke Houses; Options Include:
Ring Bologna, Summer Sausage, Wieners, Beef Sticks, Dried Beef,& Jerky.
